A day trip to Annecy France from Geneva in June 2025. Annecy is a scenic and charming town in the French Alps close to the Swiss Border. This day included a visit to Chateau d’Annecy, a castle and museum on a hill overlooking the town. The chateau was built and expanded between the 12 century and the 16th century. Annecy is an excellent day trip from either Geneva, Switzerland or Lyon, France.
