This is what you have to do Emigrating to Cyprus

Well, hello and welcome back. Thanks for coming back. Where are we? Mandrea Beachfront. Spectacity of a morning indeed. The sun is shining. Everything’s blue. Feast your eyes and digest upon the beauty and the spectacality of the little area known as downtown Mandrea Beach. on the spectacality of a morning indeed in early October. Yes, you heard me correctly. October, that blue, blue, blue, blue Mediterranean sea, nice and calm, slight breeze coming in, taking away that humidity, and of course making it an absolutely fantastic place to perhaps go for a stroll along the coast, go for a drive, or perhaps dip those tootsies in that blue blue Mediterranean Sea. as you may have noticed once you guys are fishing as well. So, here we are. Little picnic area on Mandreo Beach. Some nice picnic tables with some shade, some swings, a toilet, and quite a good parking area where you can park up and perhaps gather your thoughts, perhaps have a coffee, perhaps have a bite to eat with your family and your friends. But a very, very pleasant place to be. And of course that is the view. I don’t think it gets much better than that. You drop in the comments, is there a better view anywhere in the world? It’s questionable, isn’t it? The blue, blue, blue, blue Mediterranean Sea licking and a lap in the coastline in downtown Mandrea. Early October temperature, if you’re curious to know, at 9:30 in the morning is 27 degrees. I’m in a t-shirt, as you may have noticed. You too could be in a t-shirt, perhaps in a pair of shorts and a pair of flip- flops, getting ready to get into that blue blue Mediterranean Sea. And of course, there are other views from this area as well. Inland views. And these are some of the views sometimes that are overlooked, don’t they? People often talk about the views out into the ocean, but what about the views out into the hills and the mountains? And some of the views across the horizon on this little island of Cyprus are absolutely stunning. Many, many people like to go up into the mountain villages in the summer season. And of course, in the winter season, because you can go up to the Trudos, by the way, you can go skiing. Yes, you heard me correctly. It won’t be long before people will be skiing in the Trudeau, perhaps coming back down to play a round of golf and then perhaps a little bit later popping into that blue blue Mediterranean Sea. Yeah, there’s a lot of things going on in Cyprus. By the way, an awful lot of things that you probably are going to enjoy if you decide to uh come and join us on the island. Let’s let the little camera set up. There we are, Mr. Paul. nice and comfortable in one of his nice little seating positions just off Mandro Beach. So, we’re trying to clarify some of the things that you’re going to need to do if you want to come and join us on the island of love. We’ve talked about how much money you’re going to need. We’ve talked about the necessity of renting a long-term property. We’ve touched upon how you go about the process. So basically, wherever you are in the world, you’re going to sort out your paperwork. In other words, your income requirements and where that money comes from. Bank statements and so forth, pension statements. I think you get the idea. You’re going to need a criminal record report from your home country that shows you you’ve been a good person for the last 10 years. obviously your passport and health insurance when you arrive in Cypus. You’ll need a medical when you get to Cypress, but all of those things are taken care of in Cyprus. And the process of opening a bank account, the process of going through immigration, that starts the moment you arrive in Cyprus. And don’t worry, you’ve got plenty of time because you have three months, 90 days in order to start the process. And you can start it on the last day perhaps if you came for two and a half months to see if you liked it and then decided you know what I think I’ll stay a bit longer. Yes, engage someone like ourselves and we will sort out that paperwork for you. Remember it can be a little bit daunting. That’s not to say that you can’t do it yourself. You can. But the problem is you’ve got to run here and run there. Sometimes a lot of people like to just chill. perhaps ran a swimming pool or perhaps yeah at the blue blue blue blue Mediterranean Sea. Cyprus is a place about relaxation, calmness. Uh it doesn’t mean that you’re at a stage of your life and it’s that last chapter. No, it doesn’t. Many people are choosing to come to live in Cyprus now much much younger than was traditionally. I think in times gone by people were retiring to Cyprus probably 65 years of age, 70 years of age. But of course the world has changed a bit now. People have found that their investments perhaps have worked out much better than they thought or perhaps they’re working remotely. So this enables them to retire to somewhere like Cyprus an awful lot earlier. And what better place to be than Cypress? By the way, imagine yourself retiring or semi-retiring to the island of love at, let’s say, 50 or 55 years of age. That means you’ve got years, years and years of enjoying tranquil calmness, very very little crime, a lower cost of living, and of course much much lower taxes on that money that you have either earned or are still earning. So these are some of the major major drawing points for people to come and live in Cyprus. All nationalities are coming. British, German, French, Italian, Scandinavian, Icelandic. Yes, lots and lots of people are coming to live in Cypress because they understand that Cypress is almost as close to paradise as is possible. So get your paperwork in order. It could be that your income is one big lump sum and you’re thinking, well, how does that work? Well, hopefully the interest that’s compounding on that money will suffice as your income. Or of course you can transfer lump sums of that on an annual or quarterly or monthly basis to meet the criteria. As long as you’ve got enough money, which most people have clean bill of health, shall we say, and a criminal clean bill of health as well. You too could be living on the island of love enjoying the calmness, the tranquility, the weather, the cuisine. Yeah, lots of people talk about the portion size in Cypress. And that’s true. You go into a restaurant in Cypress. The amount of food that is brought on plates is absolutely unreal. And the cost of it, to be honest, compared to most northern European countries, Scandinavian countries and the UK, the price is very, very affordable. There’s another little bird coming in. That’s Ryionaire flying some folks in. Hopefully they’re going to have a fantastic time on the Allen. I’m sure they are, by the way. And you never know, you could have been on that big bird if you’d have got on that internet and book that holiday. So come on. I know the nights are starting to draw in in the UK and Northern Europe. The weather will turn for the worse. So please, please keep on coming back to the little channel known as Marie as me as we share with you some of the views of that blue blue blue Mediterranean Sea. And of course the sun is always shining. I was talking to some people only yesterday and they said to me that Cyprus is boring and I looked at them dumbfounded and they said it’s boring. Every day we wake up and the sun is shining, the sky is blue, and we ponder what to do because it’s boring. Now, that’s not a bad thing to wake up to every morning, isn’t it? A choice to go into your swimming pool. A choice to go for a walk in Mandrea on the beach perhaps. Dip the tootsies in the blue blue blue Mediterranean Sea. Go for a walk in the countryside. Go to the Mal for some air conditioning. Yes, it’s still very, very hot indeed. Great place to live. By the way, I’m not just saying it. Many, many people have been to Cyprus on holiday many, many times. And many of those people dream of living in Cyprus. Unfortunately, most of those people do not believe that they can. And that is where they are wrong. Stop listening to people around you. You can come and live in Cyprus. You don’t need as much money as you think that you do, and you probably already earn more than enough. The only thing that will change is the weather, the cost of living, your tax bill, and your way of life. I’m going to say a huge, huge thank you for watching.
