I posted on here last week asking for recommendations that balanced fine dining without being overly fussy or unusual. Several people recommended Bresca and they were spot on!
I love fine dining. Unique presentations and preparations. My wife likes more traditional fare. Bresca was the perfect balance.
We did the 4 course tasting menu and the opening bites were more unique and then the rest were more accessible which was perfect. The first course of foie gras pb&j, cheese and cracker, and fish fillet were so good! My wife gave it the side-eye but liked it all.
The short rib which I had and the Berkshire pork that she had were both excellent. Traditional but well executed.
Service was great. Wine pairings were excellent. Old fashioned was great. For $65 pp plus drinks it was super reasonable and we will definitely be going back.

Probably one of the worst fine dining in experiences I’ve ever had.
Yay glad you all had a great time. Can’t wait to go back myself
