This is the type of prop that single or retired folk should buy , too many buy a reno project with land , that ends up eating their money and most work dosnt get done and then the land overpowers them

The stone wall and exposed beams upstairs are gorgeous. So happy we got to take a peak inside. It'd be a long commute from Las Vegas but its perfect. The church bells are an added touch.
This property looks good during the winter months so, it's only going to be better in the warmer weather.
