Today, I head out of the cool of the Italian Hills and into the extreme heat of the south of France.

    1. You have just proven that you do not need a GS 1300 to have an adventure on a bike! Why don't more people go places on their bikes, whatever they are. Having a bigger more powerful bike does not neccessarily mean more fun. Last September I went from Switzerland down throgh Italy and along the Cote D'Azure (Monaco, Nice, Antibes etc.) then headed home to the Costa Del Sol in Spain. This year (in May) I also went to Interlaken in Switzerland, but travelled through the Verdon valley (near where you are at the end of this video) both to and from Switzerland. My bike 1988 BMW K75. My age 70.
Keep enjoying your biking. And I like the name of your channel.

    2. Another great vid, this one really brings back some memories, I remember some of the mountain road along the border you showed and also where the landslide was I think was a shortish tunnel and then very tight hairpins bend with a very long drop at the edge, mind equally that could be somewhere else in that area, it is truly spectacular in the mountains there, also went to Monaco and thought it was the most overrated and over expensive place I have ever been, loving this series

    3. Thanks Mike for another great video. You have inspired me to take my first euro " tour" next March on my CL500 to the DDay sites in Normandy. Can't wait tbh. 👍
