Very good but not great. Overall I enjoyed dinner at Huso. The restaurant is beautiful and the plating is superb. The first half was excellent, but it went downhill with the last meat dish, a wagyu wellington, and the desserts. Service was excellent. We didn’t do the caviar or white truffle supplements. The course in the kitchen was a nice touch.

Went like a month before they earned their star and was unimpressed but knew they’d probably still get the star for the sheer amount of Michelin “bingo card” ingredients. Very little stood out/worth remembering
