The wild landscapes of the Carpathians, with their deep valleys, alpine meadows, and forests inhabited by bears and wolves, alternate with historic cities like Brașov, Sibiu, and Cluj-Napoca, where Latin, Germanic, and Eastern influences intertwine. To the east, the Danube Delta tells the story of a world suspended between water and sky, one of the richest and most pristine ecosystems on the continent.

This documentary about Romania guides you through over 35 unmissable destinations, showing not only what to see in Romania, but also what to do in Romania to experience the country authentically, amid wild nature, millennial history, and living traditions.

From iconic castles like Bran Castle and Peleș Castle to scenic roads like the Transfăgărășan, from the fortified churches of Transylvania to the painted monasteries of Bucovina, discover why Romania is one of the most surprising and authentic lands in Europe.

The nature of Romania and its powerful landscapes unfold in this complete journey through nearly all regions of the country, among mountains, rivers, plains, and sea, where Central Europe meets the Balkans and time seems to flow at two different speeds.

    1. This video is genuinely remarkable. The way you blend visuals, atmosphere, and storytelling creates something that feels more like art than content. It pulls the viewer into a world that feels distant yet strangely familiar. Watching it reminded me of a new video we just shared on our channel, exploring a similarly captivating place but uncovering even deeper mysteries along the way. If this kind of journey speaks to you, you might enjoy taking that next step with us.

    2. If I were younger, I’d be booking my ticket tomorrow. So beautiful, so clean with no graffiti and trash, the people have pride in their country and towns. I’ve been to Europe several times but ran out of time to see all on my list. I’m truly sorry I never got to your Country. The people look happy and conservative your Country feels safe and welcoming, thank you for making this available.🙏❤️

    3. We apologize if, in this video, the map with the location pin is not working properly.
This was due to a technical bug that we have already identified and will be fixed in the upcoming videos.

    4. Romania is so incredibly diverse! I’m always amazed by the balance between the vibrant historic cities and the untamed natural wonders. There are so many beautiful, hidden places to discover there. Truly a land of mysteries!

    5. The segment on Bran Castle [10:44] and the legend of Dracula is so captivating! It’s amazing how history and folklore intertwine in Transylvania. Seeing Peles Castle [18:20] with its stunning Neo-Renaissance architecture was a highlight for me. Romania’s castles are truly world-class! 🏰

    6. Such a bullshit crap. At 1:39 is speaking of the land ,,where history intertwines with the oldest folklore in Europe'' cassually inserting images with Râmetea hungarians traditions who are not europeans at roots neither from this place. So sick of this shadow separatism bullshit propaganda.
