The timing of the works is unbelievable Alex! Sounds just like here in the UK! 😂.
If they think they have to carry out the works as the holiday season starts, the authorities should Zero rate Taxes on businesses affected as compensation the loss of trade.
Not only going to affect the few tourists that go there then, but also those that live and work there ..
