Mitten in der beeindruckenden Bergwelt der Serra de Tramuntana liegt der malerische Hafenort Port de Sóller. In diesem Video spaziere ich entlang der Bucht und des Yachthafens, vorbei an zahlreichen Booten, kleinen Cafés und der mediterranen Promenade.
Der Ort ist besonders bekannt für seine historische Straßenbahn, die Tranvía de Sóller, welche seit 1913 den Hafen mit der Stadt Sóller verbindet. Die Bahn gehört zu den ältesten noch betriebenen Straßenbahnen Spaniens und ist ein echtes Wahrzeichen der Region.
Vom Ort aus führt der Weg auch zu einem Aussichtspunkt beim Museu de la Mar de Sóller. Von dort eröffnet sich ein spektakulärer Blick über die hufeisenförmige Bucht, die umliegenden Berge und die dramatischen Klippen des Mittelmeers.
Die natürliche Bucht von Port de Sóller ist übrigens der einzige natürliche Hafen an der Nordwestküste Mallorcas. Früher war er ein wichtiger Handelsplatz für Orangen und Oliven aus dem fruchtbaren Sóller-Tal.
Dieses Video zeigt einen entspannten Spaziergang durch den Ort – ohne Zugfahrt – einfach die Atmosphäre, das Meer und die wunderschöne Landschaft Mallorcas.

Port de Sóller – Walking through Mallorca’s most beautiful natural harbour
Nestled in the dramatic mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, the charming harbor town of Port de Sóller is one of the most scenic places on the island.
In this video I walk along the bay and the marina, passing sailing boats, cafés and the relaxed Mediterranean promenade.
Port de Sóller is famous for its historic tram, the Tranvía de Sóller, which has connected the port with the town of Sóller since 1913. The vintage tram runs right along the waterfront and is one of Mallorca’s most iconic attractions.
From the area near the Museu de la Mar de Sóller, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views over the bay, the surrounding mountains and the steep cliffs of the Mediterranean coastline.
Fun fact: Port de Sóller is the only natural harbor on Mallorca’s northwest coast and historically played an important role for shipping oranges and agricultural products from the fertile Sóller valley.

Rodeado por las montañas de la Serra de Tramuntana, el encantador Port de Sóller es uno de los lugares más pintorescos de Mallorca.
En este video paseo por la bahía y el puerto deportivo, pasando por barcos, cafeterías y el agradable paseo marítimo.
El lugar es famoso por su tranvía histórico, el Tranvía de Sóller, que desde 1913 conecta el puerto con el pueblo de Sóller. Este tranvía antiguo es una de las atracciones más emblemáticas de la isla.
Desde la zona del Museu de la Mar de Sóller se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular de la bahía, las montañas y los impresionantes acantilados del Mediterráneo.
Dato curioso: Port de Sóller es el único puerto natural de la costa noroeste de Mallorca y durante siglos fue un importante punto comercial para la exportación de naranjas y productos agrícolas del valle de Sóller.
