Hello Bob and Jenny thanks for your video pity the weather was not so good campsites do look so much nicer when the sun is out, I was a bit surprised that one petrol station was £149 and the other one was £167, can you remember how far apart they were from each other, yesterday I noticed near us I was £157 that’s diesel by the way, do you think we will start to see gas bottles hard to get hold of again like we did with Covid ?, anyway thanks again take care and looking forward to see what your upgrade is ❤👍🐾.
We have stayed at Hunters Moon and Wareham Forest. We prefer Wareham Forest its quieter, has amazing walks in the forest and has a pool in the warmer months.
At Hunters Moon there is a walk through the gate at the back of the site to the Silent Woman pub. It can be noisy here too as the camp close by had a loud party when we stayed.
We live in Dorset and love this area.
Hi great vlog again. We have been using Wareham Forest on and off for over 30 years and seen it change from mainly grass over the years, great swimming pool too. Are you still using the avtex tourer 3 SatNav as we are in the market for one having been diverted down a couple of single track roads last year
Apparently it’s a recently reopened landfill site you could smell, right behind the site. They’ve complained about it but so far nothings been done. I’m not aware of a sewerage farm nearby however there are many farms and some of them smell far more “rural” than others!
Brings back memories of staying there thirteen or fourteen years ago, I was born at Bovington army camp when my dad was stationed there a long time ago, tank museum a must.
I stayed at Wareham forest site last August ,towing my Caravan unfortunately the Roadworks and Diversions bamboozled my Avtec3 brought me down some really narrow roads and into Bradford on Avon on market day Nightmare ! Wareham Forest a really nice park

Another great arrival video, thank you, we're all agog to find out what the upgrade is for your motorhome. I think the Wareham Forest Tourist Park looked more peaceful than Hunter's Moon, we stayed at a lovely campsite just outside Corfe Castle, called Woodyhyde. It doesn't take caravans or large motorhomes due to the access under a small railway bridge. The steam train goes past and you can wave, it's just like the Railway Children.😄 Have a great week. xxx

Spent a week at the Wareham Forest Leisure site with our granddaughter – picked this one instead of Hunters Moon because it has a simming pool
Watched your vlog on Hunter's Moon today and so pleased we did. Had booked to go there in June but after your comments about the smell we decided to investigate further. It seems that the smell is a fairly recent issue connected with a nearby landfill site. We have now changed our booking to a different site. Thank you.
