SWITZERLAND TRAVEL DAY – Manchester to Zurich and Train to Grindelwald

Join us as we travel to Grindelwald in Switzerland from Manchester Airport.

We start the day at Manchester Airport and after parking the car at the T3 Multi-storey walk over to Terminal 2.

We are flying with Easyjet directly to Zurich in Switzerland.

The flight was a little under 2 hours after a delay of over 30 minutes. At Zurich we caught a train to Grindelwald, this took around 3 hours and we needed to change trains at Interlaken Ost.

We travelled in First Class on the Train using my First Class Interrail Pass (EU Pass) and Matthew and Holly had Swiss Saver Passes.

At Grindelwald we put all our luggage into a locker at the train station and then prepared to head up to Bussalp to go sledding.
