Antananarivo, Madagascar is an island country of Africa but it feels so different from the rest of the continent. From the features, culture, foods and language of the Malagasy people you can see how being a remote island helped Madagascar become a very unique country. Antananarivo is a bustling city but still has so much greenery and nature surrounding the city and it is truly a beautiful place. Actually the first temple in Madagascar is where you passed by at 13:00 and was build in 1867 the cathedral was not build until the french colonise Madagascar

The Capital City Antananarivo for me in Malay/Indonesian sounds like A Thousand Lands. Antanana = Tana/Tanah = Land, Rivo = Ribu = Thousand
