We begin our day early, driving from Cannes to Port Grimaud, often called the “Venice of Provence.” This unique seaside village is famous for its colorful houses, peaceful canals, and boats parked right in front of homes. Walking through Port Grimaud feels like stepping into a postcard — with charming bridges, reflections on the water, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

We climb the church tower for an incredible panoramic view over the canals and the sea… not realizing that we’re already looking at our next destination: the hilltop village of Grimaud.

Of course, not everything goes as planned. At one point, Steven decides to juggle a soccer ball on a bridge… and drops it into the canal! Luckily, a friendly family on a boat comes to the rescue — a moment we’ll never forget.

After exploring the canals, we head to the nearby beach for a refreshing break. This area offers endless water activities — from parasailing and jet skiing to paddleboarding and kayaking — making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure.

Then comes the unexpected part of our journey. While searching for the hidden Pont des Fées, we take a wrong turn… and end up discovering the medieval village of Grimaud instead.

Perched above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, this historic village is full of charm, with narrow cobbled streets, stone houses, and breathtaking views. At the top, we explore the ruins of the Château de Grimaud, a fortress dating back to the 11th century. Walking through its ancient walls feels like stepping back in time.

From there, we follow a peaceful path down to the countryside, eventually reaching the mysterious Pont des Fées, an old stone aqueduct hidden in nature. Along the way, we also visit the beautiful Moulin Saint-Roch, offering another incredible viewpoint.

To end the day, we take the scenic coastal road instead of the highway, passing through stunning landscapes and stopping near Saint-RaphaĂ«l. From the beach, we admire the iconic ĂŽle d’Or and its unique tower, a place surrounded by mystery and beauty. We also visit the historic Plage du DĂ©barquement, a site of great importance during World War II.

This journey is more than just a travel video — it’s about exploration, unexpected discoveries, and sharing meaningful moments together.
