














Suetomi is scheduled for a pop up in NY at Muku mid June. I’m not sure what the exact menu will be served but it seems like 695 usd is reasonable considering he charges 50-60,000 yen to 7-80,000 yen per person for his summer menu. In contrast, Meino was 1200usd a person for her pop up.
I have a previous post about his summer menu. Here is the Autumn Matsutake season menu I had in 2025. This was the more expensive menu at 100,000 yen a person. Mushrooms were from Iwate which were best of season at that time.
One of my favorite Kaiseki restaurants in Japan. Different flavor profile from the places in Kyoto with Wakuden lineage or Mizai but just as good.
