CHÂTEAU DE FONTAINEBLEAU: Inside the Saint Saturnin Chapel of Kings

In this video, we take you inside the rarely accessible Chapelle Saint Saturnin at le Château de Fontainebleau near Paris. Hidden within the Cour Ovale, this royal chapel reveals the layered history of the château — from its medieval origins and the passage of Thomas Becket, to its transformation under François Ier and Henri II, and later restorations under Louis-Philippe. Join us to learn how Fontainebleau was shaped over centuries.

    1. Salut Guys! O woooooww😍🤩😍 It's so beauuutiful. It's stunning!! I agree with your thoughts. Love it. Merci Anton & Sinan, great visit this one 👍🍀🌞

    2. I think what is so amazing about this Chapelle is that it really does feel and look like a private space. It is so peaceful and it is sad that more people don't get to see it but obviously as stated these areas like this one need a lot of work to conserve for years before people can see them like everything else so its not a surprise. The stained glass was my favourite part for sure along with the ceiling details.
