What happened to Marie Antoinette after the guillotine?

In this video, I explore Basilica of Saint-Denis — the royal necropolis of France and the final resting place of Marie Antoinette, Louis XVI and generations of French monarchs.

    1. Marie Antoinette and her Mother Empress Maria Tresea are my DNA 🧬❤ that also means all of her brothers and sisters DNA her father Francis too because of another family DNA 🧬 tested descendent I want to go see her ❤😢

    2. Queen Marie Antoinette was sentenced to death for being a fellow conspiracy of her Husband King Louis XVI Tyranny. They were trying to flee the country but unfortunately…they failed to do it

She was beheaded in Hotel de Ville 1792 during the bloody event of the French Revolution 1789-1794

      French History sucks

Rule Britannia ! Britannia rule the Waves! 🇬🇧🟥👑🦁🌹✝️💂‍♂️💂

    3. dejó de comer pasteles vestida con diamantes mientras que los niños y niñas se morian de hambre y misera. Deberia estar en una fosa común perdida, con estos niños

    4. The tomb of Marie Antoinette is still as flamboyant, extravagant and over-the-top as ever. Have the French royal families learned nothing from why they were beheaded? Apparently not. They should have been buried in a wooden coffin, with a wooden headstone, engraved with the words ‘Let Them Eat Cake.’

    5. The heart of her youngest child, the last king of France is kept here. He died alone, aged 10, imprisoned, of tuberculosis, driven mad in his isolation and abuse. Some children win the lottery of life. Some are born at a time of terror. So many innocents died during the French Revolution. My ignorant ex daughter in law took a grinning selfie with the guillotine where it is kept. This woman is a teacher, yet is so uneducated about so much. RIP Marie and your little boy, Louis Charles.

    6. If you want to see where her ancestors and siblings are buried you must visit the Kaisergruft in Vienna, Austria which is the Habsburg dynasty's pantheon or mausoleum – it is quite a weird experience as you go down a quite ordinary staircase in downtown Vienna and suddenly you are in another world with a plethora of imposing bronze monuments that contain the mortal remains of the members of the imperial dynasty which Maria Antonia belonged to. Her parents Maria Theresa and Francis of Lorraine are the center of the arrangement and most of her siblings are there to like emperors Joseph and Leopold. One can even find the tomb of the would be Mexican emperor Maximilian who came to a sad end when Mexican counter revolutionaries ended his life with a firing squad.

    7. I don’t think she ever inhabited that tomb. During the revolution all the royal and noble graves were disinterred and thrown into pits that contained many others.
