Exploring Chillon Castle & The Beautiful Lakeside of Montreux | 4K Silent Vlog

Go with me on a tour from Montreux to Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon)!

From Montreux’s palm-lined promenade, the path along Lake Geneva feels like it was made for slowing down. The water shimmers, the mountains rise in the distance, and every turn brings another postcard view on the way to Chillon Castle.

Stepping inside the castle is like walking into another time – from grand stone halls to winding towers and shadowy dungeons. Every room holds a different mood, shaped by centuries of history and the shifting light from the lake.

At the end, I took the boat back – my favorite way to get around Lake Geneva and enjoy the views.

I wish I could have taken some drone shots but the whole part of Lake Geneva around Montreux is a no fly zone and on top from chillon site they restrict taking footage of the castle.

Hope this gives you a feel for the place or maybe even inspiration for your own trip.
