You skipped Slovakia, shame.
Congrats on the fantastic video – loved the scenic shots, hotel and tour insights and shameless beer (and wine) testing!!! We're going to Europe in a few months – this makes me wish we had planned to stay a lot longer in Austria and the Czech Republic … at least we will get a taste of both. Keep up the great work!🍻 Prost!

It’s nice to see so little diversity.diversity fatigue is real. 👍
Nice Oilers nails color 😊yay.
I caught the trailer n from Budapest to Prague, staying at Brno on the way. We stayed beside the Budapest Castle. It’s one of the most beautiful cities I’ve seen. We did a walking tour which gave us an insight into Budapest’s diverse history. Prague needs no introduction. It’s stunning. Both cities are also much more affordable than cities in Germany and France. Your trip looks fabulous.
Greetings from a Hungarian living in Prague🤭
❤🤍💚
Great 👌🏻
We did almost the same trip only we started in Munich (because no airlines flies from our city to direct to Prague) then Prague, Vienna and Budapest.
If there is something boring in the world, it is Europe 👍
Thank for sharing, best wish.
Good video—it made me realize these places are not for me.
What was your cost for the entire trip and how long. Would watch a cost breakdown. Yes, it's very nice, but not everyone could do it but would like to know.
So much alcohol drinking
This looks Ahhhhmazing! I am definitely adding this to my To Do list! Great job in planning and presenting it.
To se mi líbí
😀 You guys are like us, drinking and eating through the whole travel :DD
Btw as a Hungarian who lives in Budapest, I approve this video, great content and thanks for painting our city in such beautiful colors…sometimes even I forget how nice this city is 🙂
Kingdom Come Deliverence is the game about Trosky Castle. Just finished the 2nd game recently 🙂
sailey DIDN'T WORK IN CHINA
Central Europe, or in this case the former Austria-Hungary, is probably my favorite part of Europe.
Just wondering how many days trip?
How did you keep from falling down after drinking all that alcohol?
I enjoyed your video. I have been to many of those places recently also. It truly is stunning. My question is: Did you book everything well in advance of your trip? I can’t imagine getting such a nice room at the Richard Lionheart hotel in Durnstein while happening to stumble across it. I am assuming you travelled in the summer?
Thank you for inputs and counsel !
Oh, a question every sentence is finished with omg….
Excellent video, thanks so much!
Is ten days in Prague too many?
Such a great video so thankyou very much 👍🇦🇺
Loved this video! I’ve heard about how beautiful Prague is, but your video made me want to take this trip. So magical with the perfect mix of history, sights and food. Great work! 💗
I just got back from Budapest last week. Simple Kert is such an amazing bar, I would have to recommend it to everyone. It is fantastic. Onee place I would also really recommend is walking around Margaret Island. It is a huge park just about a quarter mile north of the Parliament building. It is such a relaxing place to sit back and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. Make sure you go into St Mattias church. The inside of it is gorgeous and it is different from any church I saw in Budapest, Vienna and Prague.
My guess is that this couple dropped about $600-700 USD in the short time that they were in Budapest. It is easy to spend far less and still have a great time. I was there for five nights and there is no way I could spend at this level. So be aware that you can still go, have a great time and spend far less. If you are going for 4-5 days or longer, get the 15 day transit pass. It is only about $2 more than the 72 hour pass and it is cheaper than buying the 72 hour and a 24 hour pass.. I saved money and my pass still has 48 hours on it at the time I'm typing this.
St Nicholas Church in Mala Strana (cross the Charles Bridge and keep going straight……you can't miss it) is the church with the organ that Mozart and Dvorak played. It is a gorgeous example of Baroque architecture.
I almost cried watching this! Definitely need to go to all these places. Thank you!!
Uh oh…I think I've found my next trip. Thank you for all the great inspiration!
Very well captured videos.
Not sure how you balance enjoying the trip without a camera in hand and get time to edit the videos lol
what month did you visit?
What month did you go?
I like tourists who don't stay in Prague and go to see other places. Small towns. Hidden germs. (Disclaimer: There's nothing wrong with coming to Prague for the Euro weekend, that's fine too🙂)
2:22 "local beers" Krusovice is a Czech beer by the way.
That Ferris wheel is a rip off and it is a shame that they put it in a park. It is much better to go up to the tower of the St. Stephen basilica 100 meters away from there. it is much cheaper, higher wit full panorama and you can stay there as long as you want and you don't see the panorama for some seconds like on a Ferris wheel.
Such a great video! I bought the travel guide to have all the scoop in one easy place for my own planning. Thank you so much! 🙂
I feel quite hungry
Thank you for this video! It was very helpful. I am doing this same trip in reverse in April. Took lots of notes!
Such different ideas!
My wife downloaded your itinerary. We are doing this trip in May and we are super excited. We have watched this video 100 times!! The only change we made to the itinerary is we are renting the car and driving from Budapest rather than taking the train to Vienna and then getting the car. Question… was there a reason you took the train from Budapest to Vienna rather than renting the car and driving. Did you have an international drivers license??
Take a tour documenting app with you… I got so lost in those winding, narrow streets. A month ago I found an iPhone app I wish I had while traveling… "Tour Journaler" gives breadcrumb trail maps, photos and notes on the tours you take. And, bonus, it gives directions back to those fantastic spots you go by and then wish you could find your way back to.
Stayed in the same hotel in Durnstein during our honeymoon in 1993. We are going back this year with our daughter Vienna. We are so excited. Also, we will checkout the other small towns you mentioned. Thanks for the old memories 😊
What car rental company did you guys use and did you book well in advance?? Also, where did you return rental
Car in Prague?
I'm assessing the weather before picking my dates, what dates did you do?
