I’ve had my eye on the Omnia stovetop camp oven for awhile now. Not sure what I want to bake at camp, but I want to do it. Lidl has these for $12.99. Includes a silicone pan and a baking rack.

i remember our scout leadership bringing one of these and making pizza and cake and cornbreads.
You’re going to have to fiddle with it.
If I remember correctly, if on a campstove, it should include a decent windshield and heatshield to help keep the wind off the sides so it holds heat and cooks evenly. If it’s not in the box, you may need to improvise one.
