When I went to Thailand, I set my watch to their time and I slept on the plane and woke up during food services…I was fine in Thailand….but whew, coming back to Atlanta, that jet lag hit me hard!!!!! I got back Thanksgiving week Tuesday and I wasn’t feeling normal til Saturday😂😂😂…I need something a lil simpler than this kit. lol
