Jacaranda just opened in LA – we went on one of the first days and really enjoyed the meal. The highlights were the vegetable dishes (2nd and 4th picture). Very fresh and well executed, I think they deserve at least one star. We got the hybrid pairing (half wine half non alcoholic) which was really nice and light enough. I have never been at Coi, so I'm not sure how it compares to Patterson's previous restaurant. Would go back and hope they do well, LA's restaurant scene definitely needs new restaurants at this level!
