    1. Hi Gabriel, i was recently in Innsbruck in Tyrol, and I can recommend visiting it. A lively, young city, with lots of culture and lots of activities to do around there, like hiking. People living there seem to be very active themselves in and around the town.

    2. Friedrich Schiller was one of the most famous German writers of all time โ€” a kind of national poet in the German-speaking world. He lived in the late 18th century, wrote famous plays about freedom and justice, and worked closely with Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. He wrote famous plays such as William Tell and The Maid of Orleans (about the story of Joan of Arc).

    3. Hallstatt is absolutely gorgeous, but the mass tourism is taking the toll! I went in October or september 2018, and man was crowded! The prices are crazy too! But the scenery from the mountains is incredible, worth every penny!

    4. There's been a story in the news in the UK recently about one of our big hotel chains that had issued the same room to multiple people a few times. So, like you, people opened the room door with their key to find it already occupied.

    5. I'm excited you'll be traveling in Greece again. I really enjoy those videos! I've never been to Greece but hope to someday! Enjoy Austria. It is gorgeous, I have been there!

    6. Nice! ๐Ÿ™‚
21:33 NOPE don't do that, especially in Europe. The overhead wires are powered by 15000 volts of AC current in Austria, a little more or less in other countries. It does not matter, GETTING CLOSE TO THE WIRES WILL KILL YOU. You don't have to touch them, the vicinity is enough. NEVER attempt to climb on a freight car. Several, mostly young people are killed or gravely injured that way every year. Railways and governments put a lot of money into information campaigns warning of the danger, sadly Youtube is still not banning videos showing people travelling on freight trains. Please support a ban of such videos, their content costs lives!

As for travelling by rail in Austria:
Vienna – Linz is the busiest route in the country. Apart from ร–BB you can also catch private operator Westbahn offering lower full fares, both offer lower fares for advance purchases. If you travel a lot by ร–BB during your stay, you can buy a "Vorteilscard" pass for 73โ‚ฌ which enables you to buy any ticket at half the full fare. The "Klimaticket" pass covering all travel is only interesting if you stay in Austria for several months or years and regularly travel a lot. I don't have one living in Vienna, as it does not pay off for me.
From the airport to Vienna never take the "CAT" City Airport Train, it is way more expensive. Either take the Railjet / InterCity express trains non-stop to Vienna Hauptbahnhof (main station) and Meidling, or the Schnellbahn S7 stopping trains to Wien Mitte and Floridsdorf. Both cost the same as ร–BB does not differentiate between local and express trains. If you already have a ticket or pass covering the city of Vienna, you will still need an extra ticket for the portion outside of Vienna, as the airport is not located within city limits.

    7. oo I love the Samuel Scott McCumber piece. Such a great vibe with a bit of a mystical tone. Beautiful. Thanks for introducing me to his work.

      Good to see Austria again.

    8. Excellent video , I love Austria and have visited Hallstadt twice, a real jewel this historic Austrian Village !
Has been even cloned as an exact replica by the Chinese in their Gungdong Province ..
      believe it or not lol
      Best greetings from Cannes

    9. i had a similar experience with being a room with someone in it…. got assigned a room at Hampton Inn in Pittsburgh. Got to the room and inserted key. Opened the door and there was elderly woman playing with puppy on the bed. Thank God she didnt have heart attack. I nearly freaked out. Went back to the front desk and explained what happened. Front desk employee could not give a crap. shrugged her shoulders and gave another room key

    10. We all know that these videos are just filler between Greece and India trips!! ๐Ÿ˜‰ J/K really nice to see you visit other places. Austria was never really somewhere I thought much about, but seeing this it is so beautiful!

    11. I'm not entirely sure the music suits the videos. Personally, I don't like it. I don't know, it gives them an over-edited, documentary-like feel. Besides, it must be a lot of work to add it. I'm sorry, but I had to say it. It breaks the rhythm and spirit of the videos for me; it takes me out of them a bit. Maybe if it were less prominent. Anyway, it's just my opinion.

    12. Hello Gabriel! Huge Greek fun of you here. If you end up in Vienna let me know. I would like to meet you, talk about traveling and geopolitics and I can provide you any help you need. I live in Vienna. Dimitri
