First Impressions Of Naples – Rough or Beautiful? 🇮🇹

Have you ever thought about visiting Naples but weren’t sure if it was actually worth it?! Well today, I’m taking you through our first impressions of Naples, Italy and how in ONLY 24hrs it went from “get us out of here” to one of the most unforgettable cities we’ve been to! From eating what might be the BEST Margherita pizza in the country, trying incredible tiramisu and gelato, exploring the chaotic streets of Spaccanapoli and the Spanish Quarter, to staying in the Historical Centre and even touring Teatro di San Carlo (the world’s longest-running opera house) Naples completely surprised us.
We also jump on the city’s hop-on hop-off bus, explored Vomero, Chiaia, and made our way up to Belvedere San Martino to the BEST view over Napoli and of Mt Vesuvius! If you can look past the roughness and rubbish, I promise Naples will become a city you’ll remember forever 🇮🇹
