As a Croat I must comment – americans. Makes video on "croatian food" and mentions bosnian food and ice cream with Nutella, and doesn't mention actual croatian dishes. You can do better 😕

Kremšnita is for sure not Croatian. Also black risotto, burek and čevap is highly debatable. But kremšnita is for sure Slovenian.
Ćevapi and Burek are from Bosnia and Herzegovina. However they taste very good in Croatia too
Most of these are south Croatian dishes. We have many great coastal dishes such as gibanica, štrukli, kulen, mlinci, and kotlovina.
Pašticada is however one of my favorite dishes ever.
