SOUTH KOREA TRAVEL (2026) | Top Places To Visit In South Korea (+ Itineraries & Travel Tips)

South Korea is located in East Asia, on the southern half of the Korean Peninsula. The country packs a lot of diversity into a manageable size, mixing granite peaks, lush national parks, and serene coastlines. Thanks to a reliable public transportation system, it’s easy to transition from modern megacities to traditional folk villages and ancient historical sites. This cultural heritage is complemented by a unique food scene and a vibrant nightlife. We spent three weeks exploring South Korea, and in this video we’ll be sharing our top places to visit:

    1. You guy’s do exceptional & informative travel vlogs. Well done 🙌🙌🙌
Now my wife & I can’t decide between Malaysia or South Korea for our next adventure from Australia. Any tip on which may be better for a 3 week trip?

    2. Awesome video guys! We need to add this to our bucket list, we didn’t realise how cool South Korea is! Your videos are always super informative and so well produced! Thanks for sharing 🧡

    3. I so want to visit Seoul amd Busan again (last time i went to busan to marry my ex wife). But i want to visiy even other locations and many of the beautiful tempels. 🙏❤️

    4. Hello☺️
I was born in Seoul, lived in Suwon for 20 years, and live in Seoul again.
It's so nice to introduce you to Suwon.

First of all, thank you for neatly capturing Korea.
Local Koreans have also been to all the tourist destinations for travel! I'm glad 🥰
I hope it will be a comfortable trip for foreign tourists.
For your information, the market recommends going to the local market rather than the market in Seoul.
(In particular, Gwangjang Market is expensive and famous for being a gut business for foreigners, so there are many bad perceptions in the media.)

If you visit again next time, visit Gangneung and Jeonju!
Gangneung is a place where Koreans go to see the sea a lot, and young people also go there a lot.
The South Sea is also good.
There is also a Hanok Village in Jeonju, and you will have more opportunities to experience traditional Korean food here.
      Make sure to eat bibimbap!

    5. Target audience : 🌎

Actual audience : Southeast Asians with inferiority complex against Korea (As much annoying as "Free Palestine" comments)

    7. Food and places to go in SK are all great and A1. But when it comes to dealing with people, it's a totally different issue. My wife and I and friends love traveling and to all the countries we visited we've never been discriminated and disrespected until SK. We've been waived off with hands even before we can utter a word to ask questions on many occasions. We can deal with language barriers as we have translate apps and we never had a problem before from countries we visited like EU countries and South America but to be discriminated and disrespected from SK were just head scratching for us from using their uber services, convenient stores, hotels, malls and even on the street.
Definitely not on my visit again list and won't recommend it to anyone. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
