The Best 14 Days in Japan: From Tokyo to Fuji and more

In this 14 day Japan travel guide we’re showing you how we traveled from Tokyo to Fuji by train and then continued on a road trip to Atami and the Izu Peninsula before taking the train back to Kawasaki and Tokyo Narita Airport.

We’re also counting how often we get to see the glorious Mt. Fuji on this trip and at the end we share the full costs including what we spent on accommodation, transport and food.

    1. We are in Japan for December every year and my wife and I love you guys. Keep em coming please. Love from Sydney Australia ❤

    2. The Izu Peninsula leg is what got me — everyone does the Fuji-Tokyo circuit but barely anyone thinks to extend it down the coast. Mixing trains and a rental car for that stretch is actually the move.
