I really appreciate all your kind comments and I am really grateful to all of you!
I found it fascinating that you come from a music background and when COVID kicked off you found yourself in nature can I ask are we listening to your music in some of your videos it feels like we are some of the soundtracks are amazing
My wife and I really enjoy your channel. It would be great if you could add the dates to your itinerary.
Jarl , Absolutely awesome compilation of your US trip. Stunning video and a great story to go with it.
Again…. Absolutely Incredible !!
Stay Safe My Friend
I recently joined your channel and I'm really happy I did.
Your videos are fantastic. I've watched several of them in Norway, a country I dream of going to. I'm French.
I'm currently watching your video and I'm blown away by the quality of your videos. The American landscapes are magnificent!!
Thank you so much for sharing your travels and adventures with us; it's truly amazing!! 💚💚💛💛
Are you from América or Norwegian ?
Are you from América or Norwegian ?
This is a great video I actually went to Montana for the first time on September 7 and was in the western parts near the Idaho border and lake Pend Orielle went to the river that the Scene from the Revenant was filmed on. I see you brought your reindeer hat to America. Cheers my friend
Thank you, that was a wonderful journey. Again your cinematography, music and overall vibe are second to none.
What a fantastic adventure! It was very cool to know a little bit more about Jarl, the Norwegian Xplorer. I imagine it’s your music we listen with your videos 👍🏻
You drove by the place where young military guy Charles Hall met extraterrestrials he called Tall Whites when he was stationed there. He wrote it all in his books called Millenial Hospitality. There are YouTube videos of his interviews. He is a retired physicist now. I’ve also seen interviews of people who said they played with Tall White children when they were kids near the base.
That was beautiful! I get what you say about the freedom to live your life the way you want to. I live in the Netherlands.. and I suppose the Netherlands is like Norway when it comes to work.. living like people expect you to live. Abide by society's law. I work.. I take care of my elderly mother. Wich I do with love by the way. But I feel life is passing by.. I want to do.. experience so much more before my time is up. Sounds a bit dramatic perhaps. I don't want to sound like that.. but I am hoping that I will get to have the chance to live free. Not to be what society expects me to be. Well.. this was my rant😂. I just discoverd your channel a couple of weeks ago.. and I enjoy it a lot. Almost every night I will watch a blizzard episode😊. You Live your life on you're terms.. I love it. Having said that.. be safe❤
Wow, what an epic video! Managed to watch it in 2 parts!
Too much content to comment on, but the scenery was just magnificent. The rock formations in Utah/Arizona are unbelievable. On camera, one cannot grasp the sheer scale, it is all so vast. Tower Butte rises some 2,600m (5,200ft) and yet it pales in comparison to its surroundings.
Yellowstone, well, what can one say? Simply breathtaking, as was route 90, the road winding through the canyons of rock. The red rock contrasting against the deep blue sky. Sensational
It was nice to learn a little bit more about you, too, and how you ended up as an explorer!
Thank you for taking us on this extraordinary journey with you. Life is short. Embrace the freedom to choose how you wish to live it and above all, do what makes you happy and brings warmth to your heart.
Stay safe, my friend.
🇳🇴 🇦🇺
I think you did the perfect thing in driving out of the gravel road that night in case it flooded. Better to be safe than sorry.
Great video…I've done that trip and plan on doing a version of it again next year. Closer to my neck of the woods, Crater Lake is recommended. 👍🏽
Need to split the video into seven 1-hour parts: part 1, part 2, etc. Hard to do searches for scenes on long ones.
58:00 Mind-blowing beautiful right here. Someday!
Oh cool, glad you made a video to explain your American history. Just starting to watch this, am very interested so far. I played in bands throughout the 80s and 90’s, partied pretty hard. (We opened for Kix and I have music on Soundcloud). but now I work as Democratic activist. It will probably take me a while to watch this, we have important election coming up here soon in Virginia. Hope all is well with you my friend. ✌️
That car he’s in has an electric short ! The back interior light shouldn’t be on, unless he’s left the interior light on? I will mention I’m ocd about that kinda stuff!
Whoa! How did I miss this one, Jarl? 10 months ago? 😏Haven’t been to the northwest as yet. NE SE SW Midwest, yes. Best tourism advert I’ve seen. Spectacular photography!! 👏👏 I chuckled when I saw the clips of Yellowstone mountains. The lightbulb came on when I realized where the name came from. Never occurred to me. 😌 Have finished the video yet – half way through. Can’t wait to get back to it.
Almost done watching this epic segment! Great observations, beautiful observation points and true adventure with a true friend, it really would be hard without that. Thank you for capturing it all so vividly and keep on truckin'!
Oh wow!, what a beautiful sight. Thanks for another wow video❤❤❤absolutely incredibly beautifull 😍 ❤️ ♥️ 💕
All I see are mountain lions and snakes 🫣
Do I recognize your 🎶 on "I remember…ded 🐭🐁" ??….. And later sampled on "Antarctica", ironically?
Jarl, this was a joy to watch. It brings back memories of my trip to many of these places. Your hikes were absolutely amazing especially the one with Jamal. The scenery was breathtaking and your photography made me feel like I was right there. Just a stunning wonderful, breathtaking tour. Thanks for sharing❤
Good morning/afternoon/evening, Norwegian Xplorer!! Thanks so very much for showing us that magnificent & dangerous area of your U.S. trip, you did very well at climbing higher & higher!! What spectacular views of the vast terrain, for sure!! Congrats for making it to the highest point!! Question: are you alone or is there a crew with you? Thanks again, Norwegian Xplorer, your videos are fantastic, thanks very much for taking us along to places that are out of reach for some of us!! Cheers & stay safe!! ❤❤😊😊
What an amazing trip! Such an epic adventure you shared through America ❤ It really felt like I was there with you experiencing it all as well. At times while watching, I had maps out as well just like I do when travelling 😂 Thank you so much 😊 watching from South Island, New Zealand.
