Any chance someone here has had both menus?
Leaning classical with wagyu as an addition, curious if anything from the inspirational worth a try, unlikely to get a res here again.
They ask you to pre-order their menu 2 weeks in advance.

In my mind pigeon is more classical but I guess it depends on where you grew up.
