Recently my wife and I had the privilege of dining at MIL in the Sacred Valley of Peru. We did the botanical path with the tasting menu and a mixed beverage pairing.
We started with the botanical path being shown around the grounds and taught about local produce and being showing the weaving of the warmi women. It was a great way to give context to the meal, very informative.
The lunch was great, our favorite of the savory courses was the Andean Forest course (Pic 7) where they had both mushroom and duck elements – they had a topping for the duck that was supposed to give a similar flavor profile to chimichurri. Our favorites sweet course had to be the chocolate course (Pic 9) where we had chocolate in a multitude of different ways. The beverage pairing was also fantastic, we loved the Oxalis which is pretty much a "wine" made from tubers. Overall, a great dining experience and easily one of my favorites.

I’m booked for December. Any tips or any thing you would have done differently?
I went here in 2022 soon after they opened. I wish I had more time to spend as the place is just breathtaking. Wish I had planned to stay the night near as the sunsets in the mountains are magical. Food was awesome!!!
