One of the best videos I have come across about Parisians living in small apartments. As someone thinking of moving to France and pursuing a master’s degree, it is quite fascinating. We often take such small apartments for granted, and I agree with the idea that so much can be packed into such a small space, like memories, clothes, and a person’s personality.
This reminds me of my time living in Mumbai in my tiny apartment, which I always used to critique because of its size. But when I see fellow Parisians living in and embracing their lives in these tiny apartments, it’s truly beautiful.

I have to be thankful for my little 500 sq ft apartment in Seattle with my one bed room, big bathroom and living space. Paris is beautiful though and I would love to retire there, but I am not gonna sacrifice the creature comforts I have here in the US. Will stop complaining about having to take an elevator up to 4 floors.
Expensive to live for ordinary people while those politicians in the government lives like Queens & kings.

These places are nice. You cannot rent your own apartment/studio in any major city in the US under $1k. You will 100% have to live with roommates

drew what are you talking about ? In NYC its totally normal for ppl to live in tiny 100sq ft flats with walk up and shared toilet in the hall. I lived in one on amsterdam Ave. Actually the entire bathroom was in the hall ..shower sink and toilet… wow they are all over the city and i lived in a tenny little room with a full bath on 23rd street. Ive also lived in large places too but college kids and all ages occupy these types of flats .
