    2. So this is beautiful and something out of a story book. What are the implications of having a roof like this? Better or worse for heating and cooling? Insurance? Who even installs or maintains these? Cost? Gutters?

    5. How do you even maintain the roof ?
      Does the roofer specializing in thatched roof still exist ?
      If it does, their rates must be premium.
