SUPER TYPHOON BETTY with its international name of MAWAR has entered the PAR, Philippine Area of Responsibility, and will have wide-ranging effects on travel in the Philippines. There are several weather agencies forecasting a bit different tracks for this typhoon with some bringing it nearer to the northern Luzon provinces. The Visayas and Mindanao will see enhanced rainfall and winds from the southwest monsoons.

    1. Just as I was saying to myself: "Where is young Rodney's video on this typhoon? He always covers the Philippines typhoons"……….up popped your video. Thanks Rodney. Useful info to know when you have a girlfriend in Cebu area.

    2. Flew from Cebu to Tokyo then to San Francisco two days ago. It was seriously heavy turbulence 3 quarters of the journey. Betty is affecting the whole damn pacific. Stay safe there Rod

    3. The new tourist visa will be called the A2.
Rumors are flying that the 3 year tourist visa will be a thing of the past.
I know the vote will take place in late June on this 'Immigration Modernization Law'.
      Hear anything?
If the 3 year tourist visa is done away with, that would have major implications for a lot of folks.

    4.
