In my view over priced, poor build quality and over supply.
Even rents are to expensive in places such as Phuket, I know supply and demand, i think this "demand" is massively bigged up. If not, why is there so much available and has been for a long, long time. I myself put a bid in on a rental condo, that had been available since last September. Advertised at 12000 thb, i offered 7500thb. Still vacant. Unjustifiable high expectations.😊

I think the contract killer has a lot of information about all kinds of crimes, the Thai government might extract that information that the Canadian authorities wouldn’t try to get, maybe they were afraid someone else would put him to sleep permanently before they can interrogate him
