Those two islands are magical..and my wife and I dream of living there
We fell in love with CuraƧao so much we would love to live there. So basically US Citizens can stay for 6 months leave for a day or 2 the go back with no issues??
Papiamentu is not a dialect it is a language, spoken in Aruba Bonaire and CuraƧao it is spoken with a slightly different accent between the islands just like how English is spoken differently in US and England
I don't know but Margarita Island is much better for vacations, Danqui Dushi
Interesting Po nts about the traffic and journey time. I've been living on Curacao for about 20yr now and traffic is crazy since last couple 5-8 yrs. Though when i looked at the spec of square mile, i noticed Aruba being less than half of CuraƧao but still with a population of 107k, weird their traffic has a better flow .
I did always hear that it's almost none stop slow driving file over there. Have never been there, so i really don't know
If you did do a little bit more research, you would have found that most popular beaches on CuraƧao are commercial, meaning they are not government owned or public beaches. The big don't fferencr being, they are high developper and have tons of amminities. That's why you pay for entrance, like your example of laying a towel in the sand. You pay for entrance and if you use a bee, you also pay for that as well. You guys have been on CuraƧao for 6 months, you should have noticed the difference between the public and commercial beaches

Thanks for the informative video.. maybe handy to mention that on Curacao there are both private and public beaches. On the public beaches you don't have to pay; if you stay at Mambo Beach it will take a toll on your wallet š
Both are great islands. Prefer Curacao slightly because the country has more culture than Aruba. Aruba is pretty much beach and hotels and not much more.

I have been to both islands and CuraƧao is a dump from what I saw. Lots of trash along the roads, the museum with its uncut grass and junk just thrown in there shows no one cares. The caves were nice because our guide was great. I have no desire to go there again. Aruba was much better.

What are the differences between health care systems between the two countries, and compared to healthcare system in Canada or the US?
when you say āafter working all day/weekā what work are you talking about? Did you move to live there to actually have gainful employment or are you financially set so that income is not an issue? and then a whole other set of Qs related to working come to mind.
Just because the people in Curacao were "less friendly" to you guys doesnt mean it isnt a happy island. Maybe in Curacao they dont like tourists., especially the white entitled ones.
Ow ,yea if we compete ,it's always like brothers. Never with jealousy, we love each other and respect each other ,and we so damn proud about our athletes or international artists. We just like ( Dr )dominican republic, and Puerto Rico, they are like brothers island and and with a friendly competition and allot in common, just like aruba curacao and bonaire
Aruba..my dad worked for shell oil company in 70s would come back with photos ,goodies, souvenirs memories..
I've been to all 3 islands as a vacationer.
Aruba is #1. It is tourism focused and everything revolves around that, set up for play time.
Bonaire is for scuba diving. Quiet. If you don't dive….go to Aruba instead.
Curcao is great if you are staying awhile like the hosts here did. But as the video says….it has more than tourism for an economy, which means it is not focused on that plus is has more of an industrial feel, if that makes sense. I enjoyed my visit there.
But for me…….Aruba for the win.

I would choose Curacao if only because it has English as an official language. Fortunately travelling between them is easy So check both before you make a decision..
