I just don’t understand why people feel the need to disparage on the US to justify moving abroad. They complain about homeless in US cities but they never mention all the slums right next door to BGC and the extreme poverty in the Philippines. Love The Philippines but there is no need to bring down other countries in order to justify your decision.

I am so glad this got brought up as to how most filipinos in the Philippines treat white foreigners like celebrities. Every time they walk around its more than enough to turn heads around like they saw a real unicorn. But when you look similar to them and you start speaking in english, its an insult to them and eyebrows are raised. I am pretty sure when my husband and I go back to the PH soon for a visit, this is going to be the case and it is very likely. He is white and I am filipina. But oh well. I love the Philippines regardless, we both do 😢 ❤

In Colombia there's a bunch of Latina h03s there, transactional and likes to h**kup, how do i know? my husband keeps going there for "business" which means TO HAVE FUN WITH ALL THE WOMEN. In the Philippines, they are more conservative and they are very unique because they are caring and loving, and they know their boundaries.

I work in a healthcare environment where most people are sucking the blood of American taxpayers…. Undoubtedly BGC is in par with some Western cities but it is lacking in quality arts. One can't just spend all day in the malls and eat out every night. It needs some quality performing arts. Stop bashing SF and California — in spite of the woes, thousands of the brightest minds in the world are here innovating, creating, and producing….Unlike the Philippines whose economy is consumer-based, we in California produce, create, and lead the world in technological, pharmaceutical, and agricultural production…BGC pales in comparison to SF or CA…and on another note, please don't invoke religion…it's simply not helpful…

I watched one of your past videos about Baguio. You mentioned that Mindanao is full of terrorism. That’s not true Evan. Please do your research first before facing your camera and yapping about Mindanao. True, there are a few areas in Mindanao with terrorists and extremists but they don’t touch neighboring areas unless you provoke them. You should visit Mindanao first before making such a bold statement about terrorism in Mindanao. Davao, Cagayan de Oro,Iligan, Bukidnon, Gen. Santos, Saranggani, Surigao, and even Cotabato are safe . Davao City is currently developing into an international hub. Please Evan, stop making those claims. I understand you are a BGC brat but olease don’t denigrate Mindanao and its people.
