札幌在住です。残念ながら、特一富屋さんは、旭川ラーメン系なんです。（笑） 本場の札幌ラーメンなら、ススキノだと、けやき、すみれ等になりますね。信玄もおススメですが…。まだ札幌にいるのであれば、行ってみて下さい。

元札幌民です。ラーメン横丁は観光客向けなのであまり地元住民はいかないかもです。ちなみに出張で札幌に来られる方を何度かラーメン店に案内してますが、評判が良いのは他の方もコメントしていますが、やはり純連（すみれ系：もの凄く並ぶ彩未も純連で修行された方）系の味噌ラーメンです、店舗も複数あるので便利。北海道ですと函館の塩、旭川のしょうゆ、釧路・根室など道東のあっさり系などなど、地域ごとにおいしいラーメンがありますよ。ちなみに札幌だとスープカレーも人気です、私のオススメはアジャンタカリー店。次回はぜひに。

あ、味噌とのコンビネーションとして、七味唐辛子の一振りは欠かせません😁
札幌の味噌ラーメンの始まりは、屋台のラーメン屋で、酔っ払いが味噌を醤油ラーメンにぶち込んで食べたら美味しかった、ということだそうです。
北海道に行ったら ここの横丁 行って見ます

観光旅行者向けだと思いますが美味しいのは美味しいでしょうね。 今は人気店がどんどん出てきますから。
当時はすみれとか無かったしラーメン横丁行きましたね〜。
地元に帰ってもコーンもバターも食べないですね よく行くお店だとコーンもバターも無いですし
観光客向けのお店にはあるけど入ってるの見るとカップ麺か東京の味噌ラーメンを連想します

Im glad I found your channel. I like Japan a lot too! I think your channel is unique because we viewers can get to experience 2 cultures, Western in Eastern both in Japan. I noticed when Bear eats ramen he slurps and makes a sound and slurps loudly while Kiwi doesn't. It's just amazing how two people that grew up on different cultures can end up falling for each other and lend up together. It's truly beautiful, really. Godspeed on your channel and your marriage. Im rooting for you both!

Japanese bakeries always surprise. Seem to use european cooking techniques but local ingredients. btw. That last cake, was that anko bean on top, initially i thought it was a chocolate button or something similar.
