I stayed at a capsule hotel called Nine Hours Akasaka Sleep Lab in the Akasaka area of Tokyo.

I thought it was interesting to have my sleep condition measured, although it was weird to sleep while being watched by a camera.

I was told the report would come within a week or so, but it came two days after I checked out.
I would recommend this hotel even if you are not on the sleep report plan as the price is very inexpensive.
