I stayed at a capsule hotel called Nine Hours Akasaka Sleep Lab in the Akasaka area of Tokyo.
I thought it was interesting to have my sleep condition measured, although it was weird to sleep while being watched by a camera.
I was told the report would come within a week or so, but it came two days after I checked out.
I would recommend this hotel even if you are not on the sleep report plan as the price is very inexpensive.

BTW, measurement starts automatically at a certain time at night, so if you want to accurately measure your sleep, it's best not to use your smartphone while lying down.

J’avais déjà entendu parlé de cette analyse du sommeil dans d’autres vidéos.
Moi ça m’empêcherait totalement de dormir. Déjà que je suis insomniaque.
