Regarding the red on your forehead, I get the same if in heated or aircon room or house.
The electric heating/aircon dries the air, therefore drying your skin.
So, if you simply and regularly use moisturiser (doesn't matter which one as long as it's unscented)
to hydrate your forehead, you'll see a lot of improvement.
