    1. I really love this video but are you able to also make a video like " what does $300 get you or what does $500 get you in Philippines ". Not everyone is rich and sometimes in budget who dont have over $1,000 to spend on rent and sometimes looking for cheaper alternatives and outside of city to rent if needed. But this cost on places staying with tour is really nice and give us an idea how much should be paid per day and what to expect

    2. I live north of Davao. I have my own compound outside of city in the province. My place was fine. But my cook did twist her ankle. She is fine. Gavin her time off to rest. I've found small cottage for $40-60 month.

    3. We just moved to Philippines and this is our first week here! We are in Bulacan and felt a small earthquake yesterday T_T I too thought I was feeling dizzy since I seem to be dehydrating often! >.<

    4. This is ok for a short tourist stay. For a longer stay I can do much better. I have been retired in Mandaue City in the Cebu metro area for a year. I found an airconditioned one bedroom apartment in a gated courtyard with caretaker and parking for 11,000 pesos ($198). I have room for my gas grill in the courtyard and I have a washing machine hookup in my kitchen. At that price, it was only partially furnished, and there is no gym or pool. Even running aircon and projector and full size fridge, my place is cheaper than what you are paying. There was no hot water when I moved in. I bought a water heater, but after the installation was delayed a few days, I realized that I did not need hot water to shower here, so I never installed it. I looked at many studio high rise condos with gym and pool, but I just did not like them. When I first came I stayed in a studio apartelle for 700 pesos per night with pool and gym. If you look around and you are willing to not live in a high rise, I think you could easily rent a house for what you are paying, a nice house. Lamudi properties has many listings. You can live at whatever level you choose here. Keep up the videos, i just subscribed.

    5. The πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ is definitely worth the money. Consider what you pay for a decent meal in a restaurant and compare that to any city in America. Consider a decent place to rent very affordable. Though there are definitely other places more affordable than the πŸ‡΅πŸ‡. However in the πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ most people speak English. In addition to the beautiful women, beaches and the kindness of the people. The return on your investment is definitely worth it. Thank you for sharing my brother. This is definitely an ongoing and interesting subject. Again thanks I always enjoy and appreciate your content ✌🏾.

    6. Great video again, Alex. Honestly, my budget will be $5-600 per month. I am in a crisis situation and must move out of the US soon. I appreciate your videos and need to see more safe, modern spaces in the Philippines. πŸ’―
