Prices of the houses I show you are from €1,900 to €155,000. All houses are abandoned and need major work to restore them for living. Many do not have water and electricity and can’t be lived in from day one. My focus is on large, affordable grand houses. I run a coworking coliving business in the UK and this will be our Spanish offering. 600 sqm or larger for under €60,000 is the goal.

The main website I used for my research is idealista.com. It is very good at giving you the big picture of what is available and at what cost throughout the different areas of Spain and how I narrowed my search down to the region of Aragon.
