Around Christmas extensive parts of middle and northern Germany were flooded. While lucky myself I went out to film a bit of that in the Göttingen/Northeim area of the rivers Leine and Rhume – no helicopters or emergency services in sight…

Um Weihnachten wurden erhebliche Teile Mittel- und Norddeutschlands überschwemmt. Während ich selbst Glück hatte und nicht betroffen war, wollte ich aber die (optisch ansprechende) Erscheinen in der Göttingen/Northeim Region an den Flüssen Leine und Rhume ansehen. Keine Helikopter oder Rettungsarbeiten in Sicht, die ich hätte stören können…
