Going to need an etus Visa waiver if you’re coming from the United Kingdom or some of the other countries outside the European Union if you’re coming into Spain or coming into mayorca this summer well the answer is no you do not need an ETS Visa waiver this is going to come in

In 2025 quite possibly no complete confirmation just yet but we have heard that you’re not going to need an ETS Visa waiver for summer 2024 now this etus it’s not actually a Visa and I do have a whole article about it on my website as well go and check it out it

Tells you whether or not you’re going to need one it also tells you how you’re going to be apply for one as well I think the cost of it is only around six or 7 or six or seven I’ll drop a link below go and find out more about it but

Let’s see first if it’s going to go ahead for 2025 but for this year for summer 2024 you’re not going to need One but do not confuse the ETS Visa waiver with the E which will come into Force maybe later on this year right at the end of the the summer season actually going into the beginning of November or right at the end of October the EES is the entry and exit system

Over at the airport it means digitalizing the arrivals and departures of Travelers coming in from third countries so say from the UK as well it will digitally track how many days you spent in the European Union but we’re not going to see anything major there happening at the airports until right

Tropico hotel as well is having a complete refit these Renovations mean that the cost of hotel stays are obviously going to go up they’re going to be more expensive than they were last year and these Renovations are going to be made throughout the islands as well

Hotels just aren’t going to be as cheap as they were the year Before but it’s not just the cost of the holidays that are going up over here because it’s also the cost of things here in mayorca which we may actually notice a price rise for summer 2024 now if you go back and check my video from last summer for the cost of of stuff

It’s quite appropriate that I’m down here in magaloff today to talk about about this because currently and at time of filming there is a restriction on the number of alcoholic drinks that are served in allinclusive hotels in mior and that only applies to magal and also to L arnal now these allinclusive rules

In tonova which you can see in front of us too and this means that in these hotels at time of filming if you are booking all-inclusive you you will be allowed three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three alcoholic drinks for dinner and that’s going to be your Lots now

There’s been a lot of debate about whether this should be going on into the summer we may get some more news about this coming up in the future because it does seem a little bit ridiculous that you can have your three alcoholic drinks step outside your hotel and get lots

More alcoholic drinks as well so let’s see what happens in the future so I’m going to keep you updated about this it’s such an important aspect of so many people’s holidays as well so let’s see what the decision is going to be as we head on into the

Regards to air conditioning and in fact just this week on the mior Under the Sun Facebook group we were asked that question again whether this law still applies and when this this decree came into place in 2022 well it Sparks a whole load of complaints from holiday makers over here complaining of hot

Hotel rooms so the government made it clear that a 27° C air conditioning limit shouldn’t apply to hotel rooms and should only apply to public areas such as airports and shopping centers but as I found out confusion Still Remains so I called some hotels this morning to ask them if they were still

Keeping in place the maximum air conditioning temperature in their hotel rooms now I did have a very mixed response and some of the hotels I spoke to said no no the guests can actually put their air conditioning down to whatever temperature they wish if they’re here on holiday other hotels

Said no no that air conditioning can only go down as far as 27° so not much has made about it last year there’s a huge barage of complaints that that you may have heard about in summer 2022 no one really said anything last year maybe no one’s going to really

Say anything this summer I’ll be interested to know your experiences so far for 2024 you should have the right to control the temperature in your hotel room and do dispute this if your airon is running warm okay so what else can you expect if you’re coming over to mayorca this

Beaches are going to be at their most busy however I do have a tip for you now if you are visiting an English-speaking Resort or a resort that’s very popular with English holiday makers such as for example palmanova which is just across the way here if you visit in the middle

Of August onwards so say from around the 15th 16th of August onwards you may not find that result to be quite as busy as maybe you would expect for peak season and that is because the Scottish schools will have returned back to school in the middle of August I noticed it last

Too to really research how to take public transport on the island because the roads get extremely busy over the summer and if well they’re really busy last summer they’re going to be even busier this year now something really rare has occurred on the island actually
