I took this 4K video while taking an evening stroll around Kagurazaka in Tokyo.
Of all the Tokyo neighborhoods I have walked in so far, Kagurazaka is one of the most enjoyable to stroll through, especially the back alleys.
No matter which alley you take from the main street of Kagurazaka to the left or right, you will encounter restaurants and eateries that are like hideouts.
I recommend that you go into the back alleys here and there without deciding on a route or destination in advance, as you may encounter unexpected sights.
