Dull AF
I've never been anywhere for a curry and had chips come with it. Is this a London/Southern thing?
That "brown" girl was whiter than the British host.
Edit: I am not referring to the skin color
Can we have the list of venues in the show notes please
I'm not "proud" of our colonialism but I am grateful for it
Tea was our opium
Just think of the dump you'll have at the end of this.
Kitchen of the first place looks much better and sophisticated than the second more famous one.
'British Indian curry' and not going to Birmingham is super offensive by the way 😂
So if it’s in Britain it’s colonising and if it’s America it’s a ‘melting pot’? 😂
love when u guys go off the tangent actually 😭
Turned off within 30 seconds
Nothing beats Monkey Temple in Shepherds Bush. Nepalese amazingness… the momo's!!!
Tooting?! Over Wembley?!
Nooooo you do not just share your curry! If you want mine you should’ve ordered mine 😅
As a Brit in the US my god do I miss a good British Indian. I spend most of my time trying to find a good one here I've learned as soon as I order i know what direction it's going when I'm asked how spicy I want it 1 to 10. The dish is ment to dictate the spice not choose the spice. Much to Joes point it's like chicken with a spicy sauce here
Never base your choices on celebrity clout. Secondly YouTube grifters.
If you make $150-$200k+ a year/ are a cuck business insider food opinions are for you.
Should have had a "Bang Lassi" …. if you know what that is! Hahaha!
Come to Bradford for a REAL curry! them in London look poor.
Naan Bread ❌ Nan ✅ (There are 100's of different types of naans)
Curry❌WT* is a Curry?
Curry Powder ❌ (Curry Powder is only a White people thing)
Chai Tea❌ Chai ✅
Masala Sauce ❌ Saalan✅
ANNOUNCE SEASON 3 PLEASE ADMIN!!
Did she really just say, "Authentic British Indian curry?"
This video was more hilarious than the others possibly because Joe was so jet lagged 😂😂😂
Tayyabs and Spice village are both Pakistani 🇵🇰 restaurants. And the one on brick Lane Bangladeshi 🇧🇩 and one was indian punjabi.🇮🇳
They just don't want to agree that chicken Tikki masala is Indian
so they just chicken tikka masala in all restraunts? No gujarati platter no south Indian No North eastern dish??
Many Pakistani owned resturant brand themselves as Indian restaurant because No one wants to eat Pakistani cuisine TBH. Personal experience from US & Canada.
Good God Insider i cant watch your videos with an ad every 5 minute. Unsubscribed.
The way Americans use cutlery is so disappointing.
That was the Dracula from pink panther cartoons! he went "bleh, bleh, bleh" hahaha
“Fyantehstec”
What so this American has never had curry before? lol
America is a melting pot while in the most diverse city there is 🤣 lot of cities around the world are a melting pot not just America
‘Curry expert’ never tried a vindaloo lol a staple curry one of the main ones in an Indian restaurant
British Indian food is like Mexican or Italian American food. Delicious but not necessarily what you'd get in India/Mexico/Italy? I love when they give italians, Italian American food 🤢🤮
13:23 – me neither, never tried the vindaloo as an Indian.
I think its local to Goa, and isn't really that popular a cuisine in the rest of India.
First time I heard of it, I thought it was a made up curry name.
I felt Joe was a little rude to the Pakistani guest (qayyah). He never really acknowledged her, or anything she said.
So be it..
Harry is a cultured man
They don't seem like like one another…
Completely missed the point.. when it comes to Indian vs English it's all about price & taste.. if it's cheap enough taste is ok.. if you simmer all the spices/sauces and bring home a Costco rotisserie chicken ($5) some naan or rice.. winning!
Best Mexican food in LA would be a good episode if you haven't already filmed one.
Watching this eating a takeaway from Tayyabs 😆 YouTube’s algorithm struck gold. Absolute gem of a restaurant.
