BARGAIN HOME IN BEAUTIFUL TUSCAN VILLAGE – Fantastic Price in Tuscany’s No1 sought after village!

[Music] [Music] [Applause] welcome back here I am on P de laa magnificent San Donato Church which has been rebuilt over the centuries but this current Church dates back to the 1200s and as you can see we’re on This Magnificent triangular Piaza where people who live in a property on the Piaza are permitted to put their car so that’s a really convenient thing about being here also it’s beautifully quiet obviously no roads coming past and if you like that kind of thing we have beautiful Opera and musical festivals on this Piaza so therefore in particular home you can sit in your own Lounge room with a glass of proo wine and enjoy the festivals and concerts here in front of you so I’m going to turn my camera around now and I’m going to show you the facade of this really wonderful home that I’m presenting to you today so at one end of the square as I said we have sandonato and at the flat end of the triangle we have this magnificent building which I have always particularly loved it just is one of those buildings that screams Tuscany or Italy there goes the church bell you’ll always know what time it is it has the beautiful Madonna and Fountain and today’s property that I’m presenting to you from inside it’s entry is just up this little passageway and to the left and it is this building here which takes up one two three stories it is really really beautiful inside I think it’s an incredible buy to be honest with you well I’ll tell you with the price at the end but this presents incredible value for keani kean’s prices have very steadily and quite dramatically gone up just since last year when I was here last time film fing it has been voted as the most sought after Village in Tuscany for people to buy from overseas that’s an incredible thing that was in all of the newspapers and media and it was also judged as being the number two most sought after Village to live in on Gateway um www gateaway um.com which is a big International sales site for Real Estate as being the number two Village on the entire Italian Peninsula now that’s really something isn’t it so buying into Kanani is a wonderful Choice as you would all know from my other Vlogs I love having made the choice to buy here and we have absolutely no regret it’s a beautiful place to live and this home would be just the most magnificent holiday home or permanent home you’ll see that it does require a little bit of work I’m going to start walking towards the front door but it is livable almost immediately I would say the bathroom has been updated over the years so it’s not a bad bathroom at all you have the beautiful vs from the lookout down over here which is just where I often go to film and you’ll see that you have incredible views when we get inside from all of the windows it’s also despite appearance on the front at the moment because the sun has gone over this is an incredible light apartment I could not believe the sunshine that was coming in from every direction and it has WS on this side on this side that you can see her in the Sun and also on the rear of the building which is in full sun so it just is so light and bright and we come up just this little tiny passageway and then we have this entrance covered entrance into the block because there are actually three Apartments we are viewing the one on the front the other two are separate you can also walk through this little page way just down here and join up with where I just came through from the bar and there we have it so this is your entrance which is great because it’s just a few steps but you’re straight away under cover so if it was a rainy day you can bring in things and pop them down while you’re getting your key out to get into your front door now there are a couple of more apartments in another part of the building so there are two doors there but we’re just going in this doorway here look at this wonderful view from the bedroom window upstairs oh my goodness me and any do you have the beautiful Piaza but you also have the Rolling Hills in the distance and you’d certainly hear the time of day wouldn’t you and this is the inside of the bedroom room with the most beautiful beams Tuscan ceilings terra cotta floors as you can see lots of room for furniture and another lovely little window going out the other side which also had have have a lovely view but has the shutters there this is a second little bedroom upstairs look at this darling window oh gosh I love these Spears again with that awesome View how [Music] amazing this is the staircase going down so we’re on the top floor I’m just going to hold on here you’ve got a rope to hold on to you but they do have the anti skid on the steps which is great now you’ve got to watch just here cuz it is a bit quirky and there are a couple couple of low doors um the walls down here are lovely as well with the Terracotta that’s being left Exposed on the walls and then you have a wood burner here in the corridor as well and then the stairs then turn into the travine stairs and then we’re back down onto the middle level and this room at the moment has been used as a dining and Lounge you could just have it as a lounge if you wanted to because the kitchen although small needing some work definitely is a little eating kitchen again with these wonderful views out of for the um P de laa and again the ceilings which have been Whited here they would be terra cotta back out into the corridor here and then over to our left is the kitchen but lots of light throughout so into the kitchen kchen which is as sweet as pie needs some work of course but you have everything to start off with and lovely light look at all that Sunshine coming through there this is the view out of the kitchen window look at all that Sunshine you’ve got your line there to hang out of your washing it would dry here that’s for sure and that’s just a lovely little space in between the different buildings there that gives you that lovely light and air through there but would make it very quiet obviously no traffic anywhere around here because we’re on the P upstairs so this is the sole bathroom at this point in time but as you can see it’s been redone at some stage and it has a very very tiny little bath but that could easily be made just into a nice large shower um because you could bring it back a bit and have a nice shower screen here if you want it or if you want to keep a mini bath that’s fine it has a really lovely again a lovely window with a lovely Outlook with the shutters and look it’s not everyone’s cup of tea I’m sure but it is very very functional straight away as we go down to the lower floor these a really shiny Old Stone steps there and we come back down to the entrance hall and the first main room which has Ted art floors it has these beautiful buildings and again that incredible view the camera’s adjusting there we go add onto that spectacular Piaza that I love so much also has a really lovely little fireplace in the corner some stone wall there and a very quirky little old bar which obviously you might want to take away or you might want to leave but this would make a lovely little salot or loung room just as you first come in so that’s your front door just there again terra cotta ceilings large beams just quintessential Tuscany and you’re right in the heart of beautiful keani so I have come through just from that walkway there on the Piaza you can see we are surrounded by magnificent buildings that would have all been part of the original castle walls and then there is the Bell Tower that you heard told before of sandonato and then we have around that amazing Vista and over the rooftops of the rest of the Veo bgo of Kanani these are just some of the wonderful Vistas over the valdera which is the surrounding area which is they call it the valdera we are in provin the Pisa we are approximately a 35-minute drive from Pisa airport but also a very short distance to get to poned daa there are buses from keani to reach poneta which is a main train station it’s the way I get here and I catch a train from Santa Maria Nolla station in Florence and I get to Florence via the frer Russell or the speed train the very fast train from R from fumino airport in fact straight through so it’s very easy to reach here and you have everything on your doorstep as well as keani being a little village which is so vibrant full of life has every convenience you need and is surrounded by as you can see the most spectacular Tuscan Rolling Hills to me it’s just
