We Got Engaged In Tokyo Japan..

today is a big day you guys over two months ago at this point I ordered ryland’s ring because I am proposing to her feels amazing to say that out loud but you guys it’s been so dramatic between when I ordered the ring and now it finally shipped out of the United States and arrived in Australia but then it got held up in customs twice each time I had to go back and forth on emails and phone calls and the whole time I’m hiding it from Ryland so I have to wake up super early to make these phone calls or I have to do it really late at night I mean I really hope rhan is not suspecting anything because I’m sure her Spidey senses are tingling but everything worked out it finally arrived literally yesterday and to give you guys some context I have two more days here in Melbourne before we leave for Japan the ring arrived at a family friend’s house who happens to live in Melbourne I’m here right now I just wanted to document this moment and bring you guys with me because it’s a big moment I only get one of these moments in my life you guys have been with us since the very beginning and uh I’m just super excited I’m super nervous I don’t know if you can tell but all right let’s do this hi oh my gosh thank you so much wor guys I’m so nervous right now to open this I just I hope she loves it that’s all here it is oh my gosh okay you ready there it is wow the thing when I think about her that makes me go oh that’s my wife life is I get to have this pure angel in my life as my number one Confidant and best friend and partner I want her right next to me all the time we both remember the moment that we locked eyes I remember what she was wearing I remember everything about when I first met her because it literally was like oh this is a special person you’re meeting like she’s going to be in your life for a long time do you plan to get married yes I will say we are very close I will give you that that’s all I can’t cuz for obvious reasons so rest assured you guys you don’t have to ask this one hopefully this is the last Q&A where this is the question okay guys today is the day wow I am nervous Ryland is in the shower getting ready for the day so let’s talk about the plan she cannot hear me at all right now babe yeah we’re good basically we are going to film today like we would film any other Vlog I’ve outlined a full video like I always do I had her look over it she believes today is going to be just another day of filming so we are going to go get some stuff to have a picnic it is like Peak cherry blossom blooming season here in Tokyo or just about there and we are headed to a very very popular spot for viewing cherry blossoms in all of Japan really it’s like one of the most popular spots it’s going to be absolutely beautiful and I’m so excited I’m getting emotional just thinking about it wow this is really happening anyways we’re going to enjoy the park for a little while and then we’re going to set up a picnic this whole time she’s going to think we’re just filming when set the picnic out and the moment is right I’m going to ask her to marry me and the cherry on top you guys is there’s this incredible photographer SLV videographer that Ryland and I have been obsessed with for a long time he photographs couples he does it in such a beautiful way that it’s just like this Timeless look and he films on like super eight8 film and he does just beautiful work and Ryland has always said it would be a dream of hers if he did our wedding so I’m surprising her and I got him to be here in Tokyo all the way from Utah he’s going to be there to capture the whole moment and it’s going to blow her away she has no idea there’s no way she could suspect it because I even told him to hide his story from our joint page and her Instagram page so she could not be seeing that he’s even remotely close to this part of the world it’s crazy it’s so crazy he’s so cool for this this is all so surreal to me right now I don’t know if you can tell that I’m nervous I’m just like my heart is racing and I’m just so great ful that I’m in a position to be able to make it special I’ve done everything I can and now it’s just time for the moment and I hope she loves it I love her with all my heart and I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life with her and I can’t believe I get to say that and um I need to second I’m just really grateful to have you guys here with me for this it’s actually been very like therapeutic and calming to be able to take these moments to talk to you and share these moments with you like when I got the ring and this moment now because those were huge moments and every huge moment in my life I always share with Ryland she’s right next to me not being able to share it has been like killing me but having you guys to share it with has just made it so much better and easier to actually keep a secret so I want to thank you guys for not only being with me for this but just being a part of our journey just all the support and all the kind words and everything you guys ever pour into us we feel you guys here with us and we love you so much and I’m so excited and great that I get to share this moment with you and uh yeah anyways let’s go get engaged baby okay yes she really didn’t hear me guys good morning from beautiful Tokyo Japan you guys we are doing something so exciting today yes I’m so excited we’re going to see Cherry B yeah we’ve been looking forward to this spot in particular since the moment we knew we were coming to Japan for chry blossom season it’s called Shinjuku VI and it’s supposed to be arguably the best cherry blossom viewing you can get in Tokyo we are super excited we got stuff for a picnic here just picked up some goodies and it’s going to be a beautiful day yes I’m say it okay clearly we were not the only ones with this idea I know look at that everybody’s out for cherry blossom season yeah Ryland was wondering why I was in such a rush to get here told you it’s popular we’re in [Music] wow look at all these oh they’re so beautiful baby I love it are you happy I’m so happy they’re so pretty I love my baby so much I love you too baby I love you so much you see them all over pretty I love it I love it so much look at this wow oh my gosh it’s beautiful she’s taking photos right now told her I’m going to get some video of a tree over here the photographer is texting me he has a spot picked out and I just have to lead us there naturally we’re going to go out of the way of the cherry blossoms because there’s so many people and then we’ll go around and with the cherry blossoms but we want privacy for this moment I think that’s the biggest priority so guys I’m literally having cold sweats I’m so nervous but she seems so happy so I mean it’s all going really well come on baby I love it so much let’s go eat yes let’s get some of this let’s go to a picnic let’s do it this is nice and private wow you the little Pur I know wait can we go a picnic right there right there I don’t know where do you want it yeah I like it in the sun right here oh my gosh this is so pretty what are you doing with the blanket I’m trying to get it out safely all right right here yes oh I love the yellow yeah so pretty so we got a lot of treats we did and look at this ooh this is a Sakura like a Sakura themed cornet cornet and I’ve never had a cornet me either but it looks so delicious looks so good and cute you going to set it up all nice yeah I’m going to make it look all pretty yeah get the one I’m most excited for yes this one yes what is it so see right here red bean red bean and then this is the Sakura and it’s like mochi mochi no look at how good stop I’m so excited M you look look at the red bean oh my gosh I want to buite m is this aora flavored
