How I spent 3 days in Santorini, Greece 😱 🇬🇷 | Travel Vlog 15

[Music] [Music] as I stand here waiting to disembark you can feel the excitement in the air from all the tourists or maybe it’s just the relief to finally get off the ferry for me it wasn’t too bad as the trip from Mills only took about 2 hours okay so I’m in Sant it’s pretty chaotic right now trying to get off this boat so many people we haven’t even really started yet apparently I got a car waiting so got to find that somewhere [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] after a quick taxi ride from the Port costing about €35 I’ve arrived at my hotel if there’s no traffic it should only take you about 10 minutes or so but there’s always traffic so I’ve made it to my hotel in Santorini let’s go and check out the room and for the main part The View [Music] [Music] he [Music] as a Min year for two nights I won’t have a lot of time to explore the whole island so I’m just going to try and visit the main towns and see as much as I can as expected there is a lot of people and this place is super confusing trying to figure out how to get to lower levels it’s not so easy you can probably see me trying to navigate through all the people there it’s quite difficult [Music] [Music] so I’m pretty happy had some to wait now I’m just going to go RIT of a walk check out the area kind of get my bearings on where things are oh [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] after a little wandering around was time to pull off with some ice cream this time trying a unique flavor of olive Jam ice cream and you know what it was delicious as strange as it may sound now sorini is famous for its sunsets and I tell you they did not disappoint [Music] after what felt like an extremely long day it was time for [Music] [Music] dinner waking up early it was a welcome relief to see the town was empty from the overcrowding from the previous day this morning felt like a ghost town wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet I decided to set out and hike to Oya I hope I’m saying that right it’s about 10 kmet knowing the temperature was going to be extremely hot today starting early was a good idea [Music] [Music] so I’m well into the walk now and I don’t think I’ll get to do the whole 10 km today because of the temperature so starting nice and early it’s a nice Cool Breeze Al it’s starting to get pretty windy so that’ll be a bit of a change for this whole trip but so far fantastic views on this walk all upill course going downhill will be easier and the worst part is carrying a camera and a 7 kilo backpack of accessories probably should have thought that through feeling the temperature rising it was at this point I decided to call it quits and head back [Music] [Music] yeah after my walk there’s nothing better than a great breakfast and this was delicious after breakfast I took the bus to Oya much easier than that walk now I want to try and show you how busy this place gets especially with the arrival of all the large cruise ships so hopefully I can give you an idea of what to expect if you travel here even with the crowds Santorini offers some incredible views and iconic locations locations that make you think Greece [Music] and of course I needed to see the Blue Dome churches [Music] n [Music] now after a few photos was St to explore a little more if I could get through the crowds that is patience is the key here and time you need plenty of time go dad go but they had no small so kind of cute um again I hope this video gives you a clear picture of what to expect when visiting Santorini even with all the people like I said before there are some amazing things to see [Music] and now it’s time to head back and get some [Music] dinner and of course enjoy another sunset [Music] [Music] so it’s my last day in sorini boat comes at about 4: so just killing some time walking around it’s hot but not as hot as it has been which is good so yeah might get something to eat see how we go [Music] and while I’m glad I came here to tick Santorini off my list I saw some incredible locations but I really won’t miss the crowds [Music] [Music] la [Music]
