the whole area is gorgeous. Minnewaska, Mohonk, Shawangunk Ridge, great views all over the place. And of course you’re right under the Catskills which are absolutely amazing
How was the crowding? I keep wanting to get over to Minnewaska but have been hesitant because I’ve heard there are just way too many people there now.

🤩 Verkerderkill is my favorite hike south of the Daks. I’ve seen such great wildlife there too. Big timber rattler and a porcupine!
