QANTAS B787-9 QF10 Economy Class – London to Perth, Great Views Of Perth City On Approach (4K)

Time to head home… as much as I am a huge fan of the A380 which Qantas flies between London and Sydney via Singapore, the B787 on the London of Perth flights is getting close to favoured status.

Sure the flights are longer, but the 2 hour transit in Singapore always feels rushed, unless taking an earlier or later flight for the Sydney to/from Singapore portion of the trip.

After a light breakfast in the Qantas lounge, it was time to fly. No empty seat next to me this time, the flight was 100% full (this was exactly 2 weeks before conflict broke out in the Middle East).

The aircraft operating this flight, VH-ZNK is WiFi equipped, which ended up providing internet access for over 90% of the flight (only outage was just South of Sri Lanka).

For both the main meal and breakfast I opted for the lightest options, there were hot options available.

As always the London based Qantas crew were excellent.

The views of the WA Coastline, Perth City, WACA Ground, Optus Stadium and Crown Casino were highlights on the approach to Perth Airport.

Once immigration & baggage collection was dealt with, it was back on another flight to Sydney, which I slept for almost the entire duration of that flight.
